financialGilmore Family Dentistry strives to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs, including cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Financing options are also available through CareCredit with their six-month, same-as-cash program.

If you have any questions about payment or financing, please ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

Insurance Policies

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service.

Please know that we are in-network providers with Delta Dental Premier, Delta Dental PPO, Cigna DPPO Total, and DeCare (part of the Grid+ Network). We are not a Medicare or Medicaid provider.

As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full.
