Our Mission

office policiesAt Gilmore Family Dentistry, our mission is to provide quality dental care tailored to the individual patient's needs in a comfortable and safe environment.

Office Hours

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Select Fridays: 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
(Phone coverage provided during lunch: 12 noon – 1 p.m.)

Appointments

Appointments are an important part of your treatment, and this time has been reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.

We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. After 3 missed appointments, a $50 deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. The deposit will be applied to that day’s services.

We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. It is important to remember that contracts are between the patient and their employer/insurance company. Our office does our best to verify all insurance information prior to the appointment. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will file insurance claims on the patient's behalf when possible. For further information on our insurance participation, see the Financial section of our site. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
